ECOMMERCE AWARDS 2019 – THE WINNERS!

Now in their eleventh year, eCommerce Awards has consistently broken new ground in highlighting some of the very best online retailers, online companies, agencies, innovations, products and campaigns the ecommerce industry has to offer.  

And the 2019 event was no different! 

On Wednesday 25 September 2019, over 450 leading ecommerce professionals gathered in London Mayfair to recognise and celebrate online excellence.

An expectant shortlist (www.ecommerceawards.london/finalists-2019/) enjoyed a high-quality gala dinner and interactive entertainment, before up and coming comedian Glenn Moore announced the winners.

Double trophy winners on the night were Bluebella with #Loveyourself for  Best Cross Border Marketing Campaign and Best Social Media Campaign, Dixons Carphone for Best Telecommunications eCommerce and Best Use of AI and, NEC Group with The Ticket Factory and the Take That Greatest Hits Tour for Best Use of Personalisation and Best Email Marketing Campaign respectively.

Other big retail winners included Ocado with Bayer for Best Use of Merchandising, Canon Europe by AWA digital for Best Electrical eCommerce, Dreams by KPS for Best Home & Garden eCommerce, Celtic Football Club  for Best Website Launch / Relaunch, BT Shop for Best Marketing & Advertising eCommerce Campaign and Iceland Foods for Best eCommerce Customer Service.

Top suppliers picking up trophies included eBusiness Guru for Best B2B eCommerce, GENE Commerce for Best Agency, Klarna for Best Innovation in eCommerce Payment and Metapack Returns for Best Product at eCommerce Expo / TfM.
